In official streams:

• Contract can’t be dropped
• A contract can’t be upgraded
• Taxonomy changes only by TSN
• Permission changes only by TSN
• Original DP can push primitives

Favorite Choice

Information is stored in system_streams table inside the System Contract. Ownership is transferred to the TSN wallet. Checks need to occur, initially manually.
