get_index unsafe argument flags that it wants to query a stream unsafely. For this, we do not use the system_streams table. In this way, the System Contract doesn’t need to know anything about unofficial streams. It just acts as a proxy.

The reasons we don’t allow direct querying from the Stream Contract are:

• Enforce good practice for the user to know when it is querying unsafely.
• Channel all query communication through the system contract so we can extend centralized functionalities later in this proxy, in case it’s needed

In this case, as the stream does not belong to TSN, the user must also inform the owner.
